Pradeep Palreddy is the CEO and Founder of Transcend Technology Group (TTG), an International Software Product development firm with presence in Cary, NC, Hyderabad, India and Bogota, Columbia. Pradeep develops strategic partnerships with clients across the world to drive business value through people and software solutions. Pradeep is committed to helping others; he spends one to two hours a day enriching high school students seeking to attend college, job seekers, people in career transition and entrepreneurs. Pradeep serves as an advisor to multiple service oriented NGO’s. Pradeep founded and exited a Raleigh, NC area National IT Services firm. Pradeep has over twenty years of experience in IT and Management and has attended graduate school for Computer Science through the University of Maryland System. Pradeep has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agriculture from PJTS Agri University, Hyderabad, India.

He humanizes business and has a unique ability to increase breadth of opportunities. His strengths are Sales and Life Skills Coaching.

Magnus Natt och Dag is President & General Manager, Saab Barracuda LLC & Honorary Consul North & South Carolina, Swedish Consulate Raleigh. NC
Magnus Natt och Dag, an American citizen with Swedish heritage, is the President & General Manager for Saab Barracuda LLC. He leads the Executive Management Team and he plans, directs, monitors, coordinates, interprets and administers all functional activities and policies related to the daily operation. Mr. Natt och Dag is also responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Mr. Natt och Dag joined SBLLC in February 2002 as the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer with over twelve years of experience in a variety of management positions. He has management experience in executive leadership, accounting (including government cost accounting), budgeting, forecasting, board presentations, cash management, financing, investments, and strategic planning. 

Mr. Natt och Dag earned his MBA from the University of Umeå, Sweden. He has previously been the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, Saab Barracuda LLC, Chief Financial Officer for Celsius Aviation Services, Kockums Industrier AB and Conveytech Group. He served as the Managing Director for DR Group and he started his career at Price Waterhouse in 1991.
In April 2006 Mr. Natt och Dag was installed by Mr. Gunnar Lund, Ambassador of Sweden to the United States, to serve as the Swedish Honorary Consul for North and South Carolina. In this capacity Mr. Natt och Dag represent the interests of Sweden in the Carolinas and more particularly, those of the Swedish citizens who reside here. He promotes commercial co-operation and enhances links in fields such as higher education and culture between Sweden and The Carolinas, whilst remaining a key contact for the Swedish Embassy in Washington DC.
In 2002 Mr. Natt och Dag became a Board member of Swedish American Chambers of Commerce Carolinas. His duties included the role as Treasurer managing the finances, fiscal matters and budget of the organization. He ensured the development and board review of financial policies and procedures. Mr. Natt och Dag resigned in 2008 but stayed on as Honorary Director. The Mission of SACC Carolinas is to promote and advance business relations between the Carolinas and Sweden. This is accomplished by organizing seminars and events to share knowledge and facilitate networking.
Mr. Natt och Dag did his basic military service in Sweden 1981-1982. He continued his military career with a reserve officer education and finally served in several positions as a reserve captain in the Swedish Army up to intelligence officer of the battalion staff.
