Alexander Lendl 

A native of Bavaria, Alexander Lendl has an extensive background as a serial entrepreneur on a global scale.  After launching his first business in 2010, Alexander realized the power of being able to make intentional change first-hand as an entrepreneur.  It was this experience that piqued Alexander’s curiosity and led him to launch 6 additional companies over the course of 14 years.  His most recent endeavor is EmSpire Group Corp, a company designed to allow for global collaboration and digital storytelling. 

EmSpire Group was the result of numerous creative and innovation workshops that launched in 2018.  It was through these workshops that they realized the need to leverage an easy, user-friendly tool to collaborate virtually while minimizing resources. 

Alexander’s inquisitiveness and passion for problem resolution extends beyond his experience as an entrepreneur.  His educational background includes a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the Technical University of Munich, along with various studies outside of the university.  To this day, Alexander’s strengths remain in entrepreneurship, business model generation, and systemic organizational development.  In addition to his background, Alexander leverages his extensive experience and network to connect like-minded individuals and businesses.

Together with Alexander he worked out the empoind software conceptually and implemented a functional prototype. He is inspired by the potential of empoind to support people in their creative work and to be a comfortable platform for the exchange of knowledge and ideas.

Florian Heinke lives and works as a multidisciplinary designer in Munich.
Drawing, designing and graphic design beautify the world and have always been his great passions. According to Charles Darwin, nothing in the history of life is more constant than change. Nowadays companies, technologies and much more are changing rapidly. It is always open, to combine new ideas especially in the areas of corporate design, branding and interaction design as well as UX/UI design with visual creativity and wants to create unmistakable value with empoind. 
In his professional career he has worked as a permanent and freelance designer for major clients such as Nike Inc, Adidas , BMW Group, BSH Hausgeräte, CHIP Digital, Deutsche Telekom and Electric are making their creative contribution.

emspire group benefits from his ability, because he is a strong and forward-looking designer and combines economic and cultural knowledge with creative energy, as well as Design Thinking with visual implementation. His perspective encompasses 360° and he always keeps the brands and their audience in view.

Florian Ertl completed his apprenticeship as a hotel specialist in 2007 and worked until 2015 for Marriott International in various management positions in Munich (Germany), Vienna (Austria) and Sydney (Australia). After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Management from Macromedia University, he joined the WhatzLife GmbH as Head of Product & Marketing. At WhatzLife, he is mainly responsible for the development and evolution of the mobile education platform “WhatzLearn” (natively developed for Apple and Android) and the content of the educational courses. 

Ingo Ertl lives and works near Munich. After a period in the German Armed Forces, in which he was involved in international teams for building information network technologies, he returned to his early passion for drawing and designing. He successfully completed his graphic design studies at the IFOG Academy in Munich and then works independently in his own company. In his career he worked for customers in the music business as well as for companies such as KONIKA MINOLTA, PREMIERE (now SKY). His company covers a wide range from graphic design, web design to sign making, car wrapping and large format digital printing. The implementation can then take place in the in-house production.

Harald Lingners expertise lies in Sales and Marketing Strategy as well as in Business Development. He worked for various big and successful consumer and healthcare companies. Today he is in the management team of a strongly growing consumer healthcare company in Frankfurt.

Dario Hadzic is currently completing his bachelor’s degree in media and communications management. As part of his studies, he has already worked on several social media and event management campaigns for well-known companies. As Head of Social Media, his priorities include brand strengthening and content creation.

I am glad to be part of the emtory team and to have the opportunity to accompany this project. I strongly believe that this app will be a great success because it brings people together. It offers the possibility to create moments together and to interact with each other from everywhere.  The potential of this app is still in its infancy and it is only getting bigger. I want to be part of this development!

David Klingler
On a vision of furthering games as a creative medium of expression in 2011, David founded Solanimus, a game-focused software company. In 2019, he founded NonZeroSoul, aimed at commercializing a new form of computer. He also co-founded SMaRT Training Solutions in 2020 to commercialize novel self-contained training software for public safety professionals. Outside of the software business, David is an accomplished musician and competitive player across several games, holding numerous world records and tournament titles. He has achieved a number of national and regional titles in traditional Scottish Fiddling, including the largest material prize given in the tradition’s history, the Niel Gow Fiddle Award in 2010. He is also a composer and has written nearly 300 pieces of music. David is active in playing Scottish music, worship music, volunteering in local ministry, mentoring new game developers, and teaching violin. “I look forward to helping facilitate millions of new true stories to be told through emstory. The concept of personal storytelling is something which deeply resonates with me from my experience as a musician and expressive game designer, and I’m excited to contribute to furthering this avenue of expression for other people around the world.”

Patrick MacAllister is a Comic book artist and author. And has been for over 40 years! Patrick MacAllister lives for telling stories. He doesn’t really care about the medium, whether it’s comics, illustration, animation; film or theater, he’s done it all. “Project-based work” – that’s his world, giving everything for something and then doing everything differently next time. In emstory he sees exactly that, a platform to tell good stories and make them accessible to people.
